The Signal Fire S-06 fiber optic cleaver ensures maximum ease of use while maintaining the highest repeatability of cutting parameters, the process itself is limited only to fiber positioning and knife displacement.
Application: single fibers in the coating from 250 μm to 900 μm and fibers in the primary coating 125 μm. Cutting length: 10-20 mm.
The knife has a 12-position blade. It is recommended to rotate the blade approximately every 1000 cuts. This means that the total life of the blade is about 12,000 cuts.
