For systems that include the Unified Computing System Manager, the support service includes downloads of Unified Computing System Manager upgrades, which might require appropriate software licensing. The Unified Computing Support Service includes flexible hardware replacement options, including replacement in as little as two hours. You can also access Cisco's extensive online technical resources to help you maintain optimal efficiency and uptime of your unified computing environment.
