Quick-drying transparent PVB coating with good insulating properties. Protects printed circuit boards and other components operating in unfavorable atmospheric conditions from corrosion. The coating protects printed circuit boards from stray currents and short circuits. In production series, the lacquer can be applied with a brush, by dipping, or by spraying. If the mixture is too viscous for spraying equipment, it can be diluted by adding a thinner. The exact proportions of the ingredients must be determined individually. The product must be properly secured during storage. The lacquer is prone to crosslinking.

Properties:

• Creates a protective and insulating layer that protects against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, chemical contaminants;
• Adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces;
• Forms a coating resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and atmospheric agents; soldering through the lacquer is possible;
• Prevents sparking and corona discharges;
• Reduces track breakdown between conductors;
• Does not lose transparency and flexibility even after a long time;
• Application temperature range: from -40°C to +60°C. Operating temperature: from -50°C to +150°C. Flash point: 380 °C.
