Collective infrared flame detector ’Ex’ - Flame detector DF1101-Ex internally safe for Ex-protected areas. The infrared flame detector DF1101-Ex is designed to meet the explosive ’Intrinsic safety’ category Ex i. One sensor measures hot carbon dioxide in specific flame wavelengths; the other two sensors are simultaneously measured at the radiation wavelengths. With intelligent signal processing through sophisticated algorithms and wave analytics, the DF1101-Ex provides perfect detection reliability by maintaining a higher immunity to radiation and sunlight interference. The detector has an extra emergency alert activation channel. Suitable for chemical plants, oil refineries, propane and butane filling sites, explosive areas where a fire with dangerous flames from carbon materials is possible.
